Innovare Group was established in 2008 with a small team of highly skilled IT consultants, supplying expertise in the fields of management consulting, good practice, compliance, governance and risk.  Working with clients from a wide variety of sectors, demand for our services quickly outstripped supply, and recruitment requests for high quality contract placements became a recurring theme.

With our senior consultants having extensive experience in the contracting industry both locally and internationally, it was decided that we did not wish to operate as a typical Information Technology recruitment agency.  Rather, we would concern ourselves with continuing to provide the highest standard of service by employing and retaining high performers in a permanent capacity to fill contract roles for our clients.
